Invoices sent out this week to those who pay quarterly

We are becoming aware from subscribers who contact us that the invoices which would normally have been sent out in February were not sent (this applies only to those who pay quarterly on behalf of a number of other readers). Felicity has therefore sent out new invoices this week. Please contact her on 0844 736 2524 or felicity@ourmagnet.co.uk if there are any problems with or changes to your order. We are working very hard to get the new subscriptions system set up on the website so that in future you will have the option of managing your own account and paying directly online. Telephone and postal renewals are still welcome too, of course, we are just keen to make everything as easy as possible for subscribers with a variety of options to suit everyone. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or queries whatsoever - our attitude is that the customer is always right!
